Work through the usual causes: assignment, auto-apply, the right Outlook client, and cache.

Sending is blocked, slow, or shows an add-in error
If Outlook is slow to send or shows an add-in message on send, it's almost always running a cached older version. Clearing the cache fixes it.

My name, title, phone or company is blank in the signature
MailTail fills these from your Microsoft 365 profile. If a field is blank, the profile field is usually empty.

The add-in hasn't appeared after deploying it
You've deployed MailTail from the Microsoft 365 admin centre but it isn't showing for users yet. This is usually Microsoft's rollout timing.
