MailTail is email signature management for Microsoft 365. If you're new here, we make it simple to deploy branded Outlook signatures across your organisation using a client-side add-in. No server-side routing, no transport rules, no complexity.

Template Gallery
No more starting from a blank canvas. The dashboard now includes a gallery of 7 pre-built signature templates, organised by category:
- Modern - Clean layouts with social icons and profile photos
- Corporate - Traditional designs for professional environments
- Creative - Bold templates for teams that want to stand out
- Minimal - Simple, text-focused signatures
Browse, filter, and click "Use This Template" to open the editor pre-filled with the design. Customise it from there. Most templates are ready to deploy in under 5 minutes.
Deployment History
Every signature now has a collapsible "Deployment History" panel below the live preview in the editor. It shows:
- When each deployment happened
- Who triggered it
- Success and failure results
Useful for audit trails, troubleshooting failed deployments, and confirming that a signature actually went out when you think it did.
Last Saved Dates
Signature cards on the dashboard now show when each template was last modified. You'll see labels like "Saved today" or "Saved 3 days ago" at a glance. Quick way to spot which signatures are current and which might need attention.
Keyboard Shortcut
Ctrl+S (or Cmd+S on Mac) now saves in the signature editor. Small change, big quality-of-life improvement.
Release Notes
After updates, admins will see a brief "What's New" popup highlighting what's changed. One click to dismiss, and it won't show again until the next release.
