Mobile Support
MailTail now works on Outlook for iOS and Android.
Mobile rollout is automatic. Your default signature will deploy to mobile just like it does on desktop. Individual users can choose whether they want signatures on mobile or not through their preferences.
You can also set a different default signature specifically for mobile. Keep your full branded signature for desktop, and use a simpler, compact version on mobile.
As always, this is fully client-side. No server-side injection, no email routing changes. Your email data stays private.
Authentication Improvements
We've made improvements to how the add-in handles authentication. This should give us a better chance of getting listed on Microsoft AppSource, which we're still working on.
Performance Improvements
Signatures now load faster thanks to improved caching. The add-in pre-loads your signature before you even start composing an email, so there's no delay when you open a new message.
Field toggles (for optional fields like phone number or department) now update your signature instantly. No more waiting or reloading - changes apply immediately.
We're constantly improving and adding new features. If you have feedback or suggestions, email us at support@mailtail.io.
Try It
If you're on add-in version 1.1.0 or later, you should see mobile support automatically. If you're not seeing it, try removing and re-adding the add-in from your Outlook account.
